Experienced yoga instructors Miriam and Iveta will guide you through a weekend in the Black Forest with yoga sessions, Pilates, meditation, forest bathing, and a detox day with homemade green smoothies.

Spacious, cosy communal areas, a yoga room with a panoramic view, ten double rooms, a small single room, a wellness area, and boundless nature are available. The seminar house Saiger Lounge has ten double rooms and a small single room. 15-20 sqm, all lovingly decorated and modernly equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. Some have a balcony or terrace - all offer a wonderful view of the gentle hills of the Black Forest.

Detox your body with daily freshly prepared smoothies made from fresh fruits and vegetables, and a breakfast buffet on the departure day will energise you for the upcoming day.

Only 30 minutes from Freiburg and yet already in the High Black Forest at an altitude of 1020 meters - enjoy the unique panoramic view and the individual ambiance. Saig, in the centre of the High Black Forest, is a climatic health resort. Only about 10 minutes from Lake Titisee and not much further from Feldberg. The small village with about 800 residents is situated on a high plateau and gentle slopes. Saig has no through traffic and is therefore quietly located.

Outside, the Black Forest beckons for hiking, jogging, climbing, slowing down... Inside, a bright room in the basement with a view of the greenery invites you to gymnastics, meditation, or yoga. A break in the sauna? Or a pause in the whirlpool with a view of nature. The wellness zone directly adjoins the sheltered ground terrace. With snow in winter or sunbathing in summer.

Iveta from m*i reloading is a trainer with an A-license from BSA Teaching Centre - instructor for fitness, health, and sports rehabilitation, as well as a yoga and Pilates instructor.

Surrounding the seminar hotel, there is an extensive array of cycling, running, and hiking trails. In winter, the Saiger Kuhberg offers a small ski lift. The toboggan run starts right behind the hotel and descends approximately 1,800 m directly to Lake Titisee. Nearby, you can quickly reach several attractions including Feldberg (about 15 km), Lake Titisee (about 8 km), Hochschwarzwald Golf Course (about 5 km), Black Forest Spa Paradise (about 4 km), and Lake Schluchsee (about 17 km).
